anniversary in tagaytay

today we’re celebrating our third year wedding anniversary. wifey and i spent the night alone in tagaytay. a night for us to relax and enjoy each others company. we stayed at tea house, rented a cottage, took a wonderful dinner and treat ourselves with their spa and massage. wifey took the body scrud and i took an hour full body massage. the funny part is that after the massage and everything, both of us got some cold coz it was very cold that night. anyhow we both enjoyed our anniversary, we got a chance to talk with each other and acted as if we’re just married couple.

by the way, we left giro with wifey’s sister in rosario batangas. happy anniversary wifey. i love you so much.

Question by Pink Denial: What kind of wedding gift is expected if the reception is months after the wedding?
I’m attending a brunch reception this weekend for an elopement that happened five months ago. Since the party is so long after the marriage, I’m not sure what to give as a wedding gift. Typically, I give a $ 75 or $ 100 check for weddings. Is this what I should still give? Should I give anything?

A wedding gift is not expected since it is a not a reception. Feel free to give one if you wish, but it isn’t necessary.
